Job Description

As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in innovating and refining technology operations, making a direct impact on our core business services. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding and articulating client testing needs, translating requirements into effective testing strategies. - Driving transformation and change programs, implementing best practices, and managing client testing initiatives. - Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. - Championing automation initiatives to streamline testing and operational processes, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. - Utilizing data analytics to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. - Generating and analyzing Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on product usage and performance. - Collaborating with Incident Management teams for root cause analysis, identifying themes, and driving resolution. - Providing strong leadership, guiding and mentoring teams to achieve strategic objectives. - Influencing and managing stakeholders across regions and functions, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
