Technology Support Engineer

Project Role Description :

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day will involve resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential as you assist in issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in DevOps Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
