Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in resolving incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with vendors, implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness. You will work closely with service management teams to analyze and resolve issues, contributing to a seamless operational environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills.- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Active Directory.- Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting methodologies.- Experience with incident management tools and processes.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their operational requirements.- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
