Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams, implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness. You will also work closely with vendors to facilitate issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with operational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong understanding of API management and integration patterns. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with service management tools and methodologies. - Ability to document processes and create knowledge base articles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
