Technology Support Engineer

Project Role Description :
Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Must have skills :Service Integration and Management (SIAM)

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will resolve incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability. Your day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of systems and enhancing the overall service delivery experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of service management processes to identify areas for improvement.
    Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices.
  • Experience with problem management and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
