About The Role
Project Role :Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to enhance team knowledge.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.

Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of cloud service models, including Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols relevant to cloud environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
