Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of technology systems and support services. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery, and providing assistance to users to resolve their technology-related challenges. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and contribute to the development of best practices in technology support.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of technology support processes.

Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
