As a Technology Support II team member in Card Technology, you will join a dynamic team shaping the tech backbone of operations. Your expertise will fuel seamless system functionality and innovation to ensure operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows. Your efforts will support a seamless user experience and a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for successful business operations - Support day-to-day maintenance of systems to ensure operational stability and availability - Assist in monitoring production environments for anomalies and address issues using observability tools - Identify and escalate issues, communicate solutions to business and technology stakeholders - Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management **Qualification Required:** - 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services - Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment - Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana) - Exposure to ITIL framework processes, AWS, and Cloud architecture - Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination with different technical teams If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide, so it can be included in the output.,
