We are seeking a high-performing Technology Sales Professional (Individual Contributor role) to drive software development and project sales for Adamas Tech Consulting. Candidates should demonstrate a strong network, proven sales success in India (Delhi & Bangalore focus), and experience across all stages of technology sales with Adamas Tech's broad service offerings.

Role Description

  • Meet/Exceed Sales Targets:

    Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets over last 35 years in Indiastrictly IT/Technology sales.

  • Client Engagement:

    Develop relationships with large enterprise, public sector, and government clients for Adamas Tech's solutions.

  • Sales Strategy & Pipeline:

    Drive sales cycle and build a strong pipeline across these technology stacks and verticals.

  • Functional & Non-Functional Requirement Gathering:

    Lead structured requirement gathering (waterfall, agile, or hybrid frameworks), ensuring comprehensive documentation and QAT (Quality Acceptance Testing) sign-offs.

  • Methodologies:

    Hands on experience on building agile project management frameworks for software solutions.

  • Full-cycle Sales Leadership:

    Manage full sales lifecycle as an individual contributor, leveraging software development domain and outsourcing delivery partner network.

  • Pitch & Present

    : Effectively present Adamas Tech Consulting's portfolio of software development, consulting, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, and QA services tailored to client needs. Communicate value propositions and major technology stacks to prospective enterprise and sector clients.

  • Immediate Joiner:

    Must be available for immediate joining.

Mandates / Eligibility

  • Total Experience:

    710 years in sales for software development technology stacks.

  • Sectors:

    Significant experience with large enterprise, public, and government accounts in India.

  • Clientele:

    Deeply connected within development, delivery, and outsourcing ecosystem and having minimum 5 large accounts.

  • Requirement Gathering:

    Proven expertise collecting functional and non-functional requirements across domains/tech stacks, using both waterfall and agile frameworks, including QAT sign-offs.

Note: Only candidates with Indian technology sales experience in Delhi and/or Bangalore will be considered.
