Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Must have skills : Microsoft Azure VMWare Solution Good to have skills : Linux Operations Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology Summary :As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for owning the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Your typical day will involve developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Azure VMware Solution, ensuring the smooth operation of the system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. Ensure the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and system architecture diagrams. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience with Azure VMware Solution. Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Linux Operations. Experience with infrastructure and application support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Nagios or Zabbix. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Azure VMware Solution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
