**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As the Technology Management Lead at Infrastructure Core Products (ICP) - Global Network Services (GNS), you will be responsible for driving the designing, implementation, and governance of automated infrastructure solutions across the global technology landscape. Your role will involve providing strong leadership to guide teams in building scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure. You are expected to be technically proficient and exhibit a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving meaningful change. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and govern automated infrastructure solutions globally - Oversee the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible - Identify opportunities for automation in deployment processes to enhance efficiency and speed up release cycles - Develop team capabilities to work on Infrastructure as Code methodologies and tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Infrastructure as Code practices into existing workflows - Ensure comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations and operational procedures - Manage and optimize resource inventory to minimize costs while meeting performance requirements - Deliver the requisite level of network resiliency and conduct network failover testing - Provide support to project managers and regional product leads in project planning, tracking, and reporting **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of experience in a corporate global network environment, preferably within financial institutions - Strategic thinker with a balance of innovation and operational excellence - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams - Subject matter expertise in one or more network technologies and experience in managing large teams - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication skills and proficiency in working within an Agile environment **Company Information:** The company strives for a culture that encourages empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
