Role Overview: You are a seasoned Technology Leader with over 10 years of experience as a tech leader and people manager. Your expertise lies in driving strategic technology planning, enterprise architecture, and governance within the financial services sector, especially in lending systems, CRM platforms, and compliance frameworks. Your focus includes the design, development, and management of Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and related platforms.
