Technology Leader - Credit

You are a seasoned Technology Leader with over 10 years of experience as a tech leader and people manager, ideally with a B.E/B.Tech or similar qualification. You have a proven track record of driving strategic technology planning, enterprise architecture, and governance within the financial services sector, particularly in the area of lending systems, CRM platforms, and compliance frameworks. Your expertise includes the design, development, and management of Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and other related platforms. Your responsibilities will include defining and leading the overall technology strategy aligned with business goals, establishing robust IT governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance, and supporting information security, IT risk management, and cybersecurity strategies. You will be tasked with architecting scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms for lending and customer engagement, as well as driving end-to-end ownership of LMS, LOS, CRM design, integration, and optimization. As a Technology Leader, you will build API-driven platforms and successful integrations with third-party systems, lead and develop teams of top technical talent, and collaborate with the product team to create commercially successful products. You will recruit and lead a team of highly skilled software engineers, providing hands-on engineering leadership, and drive agility in execution to create a responsive team culture focused on prioritization for better predictability. The ideal candidate for this role will possess deep expertise in technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and deliver high-quality projects on time.
