Technology Engineer ( 7 plus years, Location-Trivandrum)

We are looking for a Associate Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of modern, data-driven, and AI-powered software systems.
Youll be the bridge between product vision and engineering execution guiding teams across architecture, development, DevOps, and quality — to build scalable and secure solutions

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Design:

  Define the technical roadmap and architecture for web, data, and AI systems.

• Lead & Mentor:

  Guide a team of engineers across backend, frontend, and ML pipelines.

• Collaborate:

  Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and DevOps to turn ideas into robust, production-grade systems.

• Ensure Quality & Security:

  Review designs and code to ensure best practices in scalability, reliability, and compliance.

• Stay Ahead:

  Bring in emerging tools and frameworks to continuously evolve our engineering stack.

What We’re Looking For

• 7-10 years of experience in software design and architecture.
  
• Strong background in at least one major

  backend stack

  (Django, Node.js, or Spring Boot).
• Working knowledge of

  cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

  and modern

  DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration)

  .
• Understanding of

  microservices

  and distributed system design.
• Familiarity with

  data pipelines, APIs, and ML model integration

  is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience deploying or fine-tuning

  LLMs or ML models

  in production environments.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or TensorFlow Serving.
  
• Familiarity with service meshes (e.g., Istio) and API gateways.
