Your role will involve driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Additionally, you will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks. Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost. Lead delivery of technology projects. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). Strong understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks. Experience in managing large-scale technology projects. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
