As an Oracle Financial Consolidation and Cloud (FCC) Specialist at EY, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation, integration, and management of Oracle FCC solutions and Tax Reporting and Cloud Services (TRCS). Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of FCC specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions aligning with business objectives. - Participating in end-to-end implementation of Oracle FCC modules, from requirements gathering to deployment. - Translating business requirements into solutions aligning with best practices and industry standards. - Supervising and guiding team members, providing support, coaching, and professional development opportunities. - Planning and executing data migration activities accurately and securely. - Analyzing processes for automation and efficiency improvements, implementing best practices for optimizing Enterprise operations. - Conducting comprehensive testing of Oracle FCC configurations and customizations before system go-live. - Providing training sessions to end-users for effective use of Oracle FCC applications. - Staying updated on Oracle FCC updates, new features, and releases, working on system upgrades and enhancements as required. - Investigating and resolving complex technical and functional issues related to Oracle FCC applications. - Collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders to align Oracle FCC initiatives with organizational objectives. - Supporting the team in planning, project management activities, and client relationships. - Managing and supporting internal KPIs. Experience: - Minimum of 10 years in customer-facing implementation projects, particularly in Hyperion Financial Management or FCC Cloud experience and TRCS. - Solid knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of FCC tools. - Proven experience in leading Oracle FCC / TRCS implementations, focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close. - Passion for assisting customers in their digital finance transformation journey.
