As a Technology Business Controls Partner in NatWest Digital X, you will play a vital role in applying effective risk management and decision-making capability related to technology across relevant business areas. Your responsibilities will include: - Anticipating and assessing potential impacts of risk associated with technology - Evaluating, managing, and mitigating impacts of strategic technology and digitisation initiatives on operational risk and control profile - Engaging with specialist technology stakeholders and relevant teams to provide support on framework execution as a Technology Risk and Control expert - Leading discussions on technology and digital-related risk for business areas and products - Creating a culture of continuous improvement through people leadership, coaching, engagement, and skills development You will need to have: - Extensive understanding of relevant businesses, key products, and technology risks - Knowledge of risks and controls associated with Technology, including industry frameworks like COBIT, CRISC, and similar - Experience in technology risk management, audit or control frameworks, and working in a fast-paced technology risk or audit environment - Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and solutions for risk management - Senior stakeholder management skills Please note that this role is based in India, and all normal working days must be carried out in India.
