Job Description

Project Role :Technology Account Lead

Project Role Description :Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:As a Technology Account Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for technology initiatives at each client account. Your typical day involves integrating technology contracts and engagements, leveraging various technology offerings to enhance the scope of work, and collaborating with diverse teams to create a comprehensive technology account plan. You will engage with stakeholders to maximize opportunities and ensure the successful execution of technology projects, fostering strong relationships and driving client satisfaction. Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.

Mentor junior professionals in best practices and effective communication strategies.
Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

Experience with project management tools and techniques.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with Oracle applications.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
