Techno Commercial/Design Engineer (Av Automation)

As a Techno-Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and commercial strategy to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer customized smart home solutions. - Develop technical and commercial proposals that align with client expectations and company capabilities. - Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. - Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain a competitive edge. - Create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base. - Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for automation, electrical, and smart home projects. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a techno-commercial role, preferably in the home automation or related industry. Skills: - Proficient in BOQ creation and proposal drafting. - Experience with automation systems like KNX, DALI, Lutron, etc. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong communication and analytical skills.,
