Techno-Commercial Manager Poultry South Asia

As a Techno-Commercial Manager for Poultry in South Asia at Phosphea, your role revolves around further developing the range of mineral-based products dedicated to poultry in the South Asia markets. Your responsibilities include: - Developing sales of advanced mineral products in the poultry segment. - Understanding the needs of the markets and the expectations of customers. - Conducting technical presentations of products to prospects and customers such as integrators, feed and premix makers, farmers, and distribution partners. - Providing technical advice and personalized support to partners. - Collecting and analyzing market information including market studies, technical aspects, competition analysis, and regulatory monitoring. - Negotiating commercial contracts and overseeing their implementation. - Ensuring the follow-up of commercial contracts by conducting regular visits, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying evolving needs. - Prospecting and expanding the client portfolio. - Building customer loyalty through the establishment of strong relationships with clients. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Animal Feed Additives/Vitamin Mineral Pre-Mix industry with a strong technical background and business acumen. - Expertise in the mineral-based feed ingredient segment would be advantageous. - Experience in feed formulation and a well-established network of clients. - Innovative mindset to generate new product ideas for the Indian market and collaborate with in-house and external R&D institutes. - Exposure to international environments and experience in working with multicultural teams. - Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a rigorous approach to work. - Entrepreneurial mindset, business-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for negotiation. - Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
