Techno-Commercial Manager Poultry South Asia

As a Techno-Commercial Manager for Poultry in South Asia at Phosphea, your role will be essential in further developing the range of mineral-based products dedicated to poultry in the South Asia markets. Reporting to the Asia Pacific Director and based in Chennai, India, your primary goal will be to enhance the sales of advanced mineral products in the poultry segment. Your responsibilities will include understanding market needs and customer expectations, conducting technical presentations for prospects and customers, providing personalized technical support to partners, collecting and analyzing market information, negotiating commercial contracts, managing their implementation, ensuring contract follow-up, conducting regular commercial tours, monitoring customer satisfaction, prospecting and developing the client portfolio, and building customer loyalty through maintaining strong relationships. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Animal Feed Additives/Vitamin Mineral Pre-Mix industry with a robust technical background and business acumen. Expertise in the mineral-based feed ingredient segment would be advantageous, along with experience in feed formulation and a network of clients. Being innovative to generate new product ideas for the Indian market and collaborating with in-house and external R&D institutes is crucial. Additionally, international exposure, including working with multi-cultural teams, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, a rigorous approach, an entrepreneurial mindset, business and results orientation, negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time are essential for success in this role.,
