Technicians

As a System Installer and Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to serve customers by installing and servicing systems and products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that systems are functioning effectively and meeting the requirements of the site. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with systems and procedures as per site requirements and instructions of the Project Incharge. - Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedules, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems. - Establish the complete system by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installations, and performing acceptance tests. - Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques in consultation with the Project Incharge, and recommending system improvements. - Maintain documentation related to service and installation forms, reports, logs, and records as per the instructions of the Project Incharge. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading relevant professional publications/articles. Qualifications: - Diploma or an ITI graduate or Intermediate. - Proficiency in Electronics Troubleshooting, Analyzing Information, Judgment, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply Management, and Informing Others. - Ability to work effectively as a team player.
