URGENT HIRING – TECHNICIAN & SUPERVISOR (High Priority)

Location: Bhilai Steel Plant – SMS-2, CCS & Plate Mill

Qualification Required

Qualifications include B.Tech in Electrical or EEE and Diploma in Electrical or EEE.

Roles & Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities include performing operation, monitoring, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Candidates must handle troubleshooting of motors, drives, PLC systems, power distribution panels, and automation systems. They should ensure safe and continuous plant operations with minimum downtime and coordinate with shift teams for preventive and corrective maintenance. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, reports, and checklists as per plant standards, and supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in SMS-2, CCS, and Plate Mill units. Strict adherence to safety rules, work permits, and industrial standards is required. For the Supervisor role, the candidate will additionally oversee workforce management and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
