Technician & Supervisor

As a QC Technician / Supervisor in the Quality Control department at Nashik, Sinner, your role involves ensuring the quality of RMC production processes. You will be responsible for conducting Quality Control checks at different stages of production, inspecting incoming raw materials, monitoring quality parameters during concrete production, performing testing and quality checks of finished concrete, and coordinating with Dispatch and Production teams for timely and quality-based output. Additionally, you will maintain all QC and production-related records, logs, and documentation accurately while ensuring adherence to company quality standards and industry norms. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Quality Control checks at various stages of the RMC production process. - Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials as per standards. - Monitor and verify quality parameters during concrete production. - Carry out testing and quality checks of finished concrete before dispatch. - Coordinate with Dispatch and Production teams to ensure timely and quality-based output. - Maintain all QC and production-related records, logs, and documentation accurately. - Ensure adherence to company quality standards and industry norms. Qualification Required: - 12th / Diploma / Graduate Key Skills Required: - Knowledge of RMC Plant operations and QC laboratory procedures. - Ability to conduct concrete testing. - Familiarity with raw material testing. - Good communication and coordination ability. - Proper record keeping and reporting skills.
