2. Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety regulations and building codes.
3. Follow safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks and encourage a safe work environment.
4. Maintain and test emergency systems such as backup power and fire alarm systems.

1. Documentation and Reporting

2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
3. Report any significant issues or necessary upgrades to the Maintenance Supervisor or Facility Manager

Key Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
2. Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
3. Proficiency in using electrical tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment.
4. Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
5. Basic understanding of building systems like HVAC and fire alarms is a plus.
6. Willing to work in rotational shifts with one day week off.
7. Willing to travel to different locations for emergency situations or temporary support needs.
