Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Install, test, and maintain solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, and other electrical equipment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and inspecting solar panels to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot issues with solar panel installations and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations when working at heights or in confined spaces.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in the field of solar energy installation, maintenance, or repair.
Diploma in Electrical or ITI Certification in Electrician required; knowledge of electrical principles and practices preferred.
Strong understanding of solar panel technology, including photovoltaic (PV) systems and DC/AC circuits.
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments; willingness to travel for job assignments.
