Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician Machine Operator to join our production team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products This role requires technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors Assist in the setup, calibration, and changeover of machines for different production runs Maintain accurate production records and logs Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOPs Familiarity with quality control processes and GMP standards

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure Team player with effective communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Education/Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation or a related field is preferred Forklift certification or other relevant licenses are a plus

Preferred Experience:

2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cosmetics, skin care, or oral care
Experience with automated filling, labeling, and packaging machines is highly desirable Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
