Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Level 2 Technician (L2 Technician) to join our service team at Sree Gokulam Motors. The ideal candidate will assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicles with moderate to complex issues, support L1 technicians, and ensure quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles (mechanical and electrical).
• Support and guide L1 technicians in executing standard service jobs.
• Work on jobs assigned by the service advisor or floor in-charge.
• Ensure all repairs and services are done as per manufacturer standards.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and identify faults.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and service bay.
• Test drive vehicles (if authorized) to confirm repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and workshop SOPs strictly.
• Report any additional required work to the service advisor.
• Complete job cards and records accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of experience as an L1 or L2 Technician in a reputed service center
• Good knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.)
