Provide on-site technical support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment Chillers, HVAC
Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical issues during operation or breakdownsCoordinate with the sales and operations teams to understand client requirementsConduct routine preventive maintenance and inspectionsAssist in equipment setup, testing, and quality checksMaintain accurate service records and customer reportsEnsure adherence to safety and compliance standards at client sitesProvide technical training/support to end-users when required.
2 to 3 years of relevant field experience in electrical or mechanical support
Hands-on experience with industrial equipment is a must
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer service orientation
Willingness to travel and work on-site across India
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
