Installation

Responsible for installations as per specified processes

Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during and after installation, as per the guidance of field manager and customers

Customer Communication

Maintaining positive relationships on field, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction

Documentation

Maintaining records of installations, troubleshooting steps, and any other relevant information.

Inventory Management

Managing necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts for installations.

Safety Compliance

Ensuring all installations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

ITI or Diploma Holder in Electrical & Electronics
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical individuals
Experience of working on installation and maintenance projects (Energy Meters, Grid Automation, Cable Laying) in Distribution Grid
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose field issues and provide effective solution
Preferred Experience Range: 5+ Years
