Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support customer & distributors to duplicate color & system accord to samples & production line conditions per request

Train customer & distribution on color matching & line monitoring per request

Color & Product Trouble Shooting Root Cause Finding and Solution Given per request

No injury in work and attend all the safety training as request, implement the LSR on-time in full

Support and teamwork to achieve the target of the year.
Travel and support to develop, duplicate color panels and samples or control finishing line at customers site if need
Take responsibility and lead the safety action plan & make the department become a friendly workplace.
Conducts demonstrations of products and transfers the knowledge on AkzoNobel processes as well as on technical problem solving to the customers.
Training - products portfolio and knowledge training included root cause finding on general customer complaints at customers & distributor field.
Trouble shooting Assist lab and CA team majorly focus online investigation, root cause finding and environment condition changes finding and others

Preferred candidate profile

Skillful in color matching & stylist.
At least 3 years’ experience in finishing line control
Work independence/ teamwork & under pressure
Good communication and negotiation skills
Result Orientation
