We are looking for eager and technically inclined Diploma holders in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering to join our team as Technicians. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers to build a career in the vital and expanding field of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). Selected candidates will participate in a one-month, fully-paid training program in Delhi to acquire specialized skills. After training, Technicians will be responsible for assisting with and performing CNG hydro testing, certification, and vehicle conversion tasks under the guidance of our experienced team in Thrissur. A mandatory two-year bond is required to ensure a long-term commitment.Key Responsibilities

• Operational Assistance: Assist with the execution of daily operations related to CNG hydro testing, vehicle conversions, and certification procedures.
• Technical Tasks: Perform hands-on tasks such as cylinder handling, valve removal and fitting, internal cylinder inspection, cleaning, vehicle component installation for CNG kits, and leak detection under supervision.
• Quality and Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines (including PESO regulations) during all testing and conversion activities.
• Maintenance Support: Assist in the routine maintenance and cleaning of workshop equipment and tools.
• Documentation: Support in maintaining accurate records and logbooks of tasks performed and materials used.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a technical team, taking instructions from Supervisors and experienced technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience: Freshers are specifically encouraged to apply.
• Training: Must be available for a one-month, company-sponsored training period in Delhi. All training-related expenses (travel, accommodation, food) will be covered by the company.
• Bond: A 2-year employment bond is mandatory.
