Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician based in Vadodara. The Technician will oversee and perform routine maintenance, operate and monitor machinery, carry out quality checks, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. The role requires ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining detailed records related to production and equipment. Collaboration with the team to achieve production goals is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

Technical skills for operating, inspecting, and maintaining equipment
Problem-solving skills related to troubleshooting and repair
Basic knowledge of chemistry and laboratory procedures
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing or chemical processes is an advantage
