Technical Writers

As a Technical Writer at the company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of all software documentation based on technical writing standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and managing the standard document development lifecycle (DDLC) as per industry practices - Developing User Manuals, On-line Help, Training Manuals for Software Products - Creating templates for different types of documents, presentation, and project reports - Reviewing documents for grammatical errors, sentence construction, and contributing to improving the quality of documents - Grasping technical concepts quickly and developing content for target audiences - Independently executing offshore documentation assignments liaising with product development and documentation peers located overseas Qualifications required for this role include: - Good understanding of Technical Writing fundamentals - Good command over the English language - Knowledge of MadCap Flare (optional), MS Word, and other documentation and graphic tools - Familiarity with at least one well-known style guide - Strong team player and capable of learning new tools quickly - Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines If you are interested in this opportunity, you can send your resume to careers@icsinspections.com.
