Technical Writer

The role involves creating content to effectively communicate complex technical information to users using various techniques such as writing and illustrations, in accordance with client requirements and relevant quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing new technical content or updating existing content for clients - Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (internal or client-side) to understand client requirements, target audience, product documentation needs, and any specific content writing guidelines relevant to the industry domain (e.g., Oil & Gas or Aerospace) - Identifying the types of documents (e.g., FAQs, product manuals, SOPs) to be prepared for clients - Selecting the appropriate authoring tools for content creation - Researching, designing, illustrating, writing, revising, and editing high-quality and user-friendly print documentations and manuals for the end users of clients - Managing project tasks, including checklists, and ensuring version control in alignment with quality frameworks Your performance will be evaluated based on the following parameters: - Adherence to project processes, completion of tasks, adherence to checklists, and compliance with quality standards - First Time Right (FTR) approach in delivering work - Timely release of documents, minimal rework within deadlines - Accuracy in work, leading to error-free deliverables and reduced need for reviews - Seeking and incorporating client feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness,
