What you will do: As a Technical Writer on our Product Documentation team in Hyderabad, you'll be a key player in creating high-quality technical documentation that empowers our clients, partners, and employees. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Develop & Create: Independently gather information from subject matter experts to write procedure manuals, technical specifications, process documentation, and release notes. Collaborate & Understand: Work closely with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of our product and documentation needs. Communicate & Simplify: Produce clear, high-quality documentation that meets industry standards and is tailored to your audience, including user interface text, online help, and developer guides. Maintain & Innovate: Ensure that all documentation aligns with our brand voice and tone, adhering to style guides and consistency. Analyze & Improve: Continuously improve existing content, seeking opportunities for reuse and single-sourcing to enhance efficiency. Adapt & Participate: Thrive in an Agile environment by participating in product release activities and contributing to product quality and usability goals from an end-user perspective. What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you'll bring a passion for technical writing and a drive for excellence. Here’s what we’re looking for: Expertise in Technical Writing: At least 2 years of professional writing experience, with the proven ability to rapidly learn new software and develop structured, user-friendly documentation. Strong Understanding of DDLC: Ability to translate complex technical information into dynamic and engaging content for various formats. Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent English, with clear, concise writing and the ability to effectively communicate and present information. Organizational Prowess: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while remaining flexible and adaptable to evolving needs. Attention to Detail & Deadlines: High-quality control standards and proven track record of meeting delivery timelines. Team-Player & Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, motivated by a fast-paced, ever-changing Agile environment. Technical Acumen: Experience working in software, technology services, or related industries, with a preference for candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Bonus Points for: Familiarity with authoring tools such as Adobe RoboHelp, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience working within an Agile development environment. Join Us at Vitech!
