Your responsibilities and tasks:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer with a passion for transforming complex engineering and technical content into engaging, basic and expert-level training materials. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering documentation and training delivery, producing high-quality training documents that enable effective knowledge transfer. Your work will support internal trainers or subject matter experts in conducting structured and interactive training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret engineering documents, manuals, and technical specifications.

  • Create clear, accurate, and logically structured training documents tailored for experts to deliver.

  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and training experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.

  • Design training materials that include interactive elements, exercises, and gamified content to drive participant engagement and learning.

  • Continuously improve and update training materials based on user feedback and evolving product features.

  • Ensure all training content aligns with branding, documentation standards, and instructional design best practices.

  • Work with graphic designers or use authoring tools to create visually engaging materials, including diagrams, flowcharts, and step-by-step guides.

Your profile and qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a technical writer, instructional designer, or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of engineering or technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.

  • Experience developing training materials or eLearning content for basic and expert-level delivery.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or similar authoring and platforms.

  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

  • Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.


Preferred:

  • Background in engineering, IT, or a related technical field.

  • Experience in creating gamified training elements or interactive learning modules.

  • Basic graphic design or multimedia editing skills.
