Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions for various project-related discussions, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Document key project-related email communications and other conversations to maintain a complete audit trail and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Ensure all documentation directly supports project delivery, providing essential information for development, testing, deployment, and support teams.
• Creation of technical content, such as case studies and technical blogs, highlighting our solutions and expertise.
• Work closely with software developers, quality assurance engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
• Review and edit documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, grammar, and adherence to established style guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Technical Writer in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for various audiences.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
