Job Description: You will work collaboratively with Engineers to gain a thorough understanding of the COE product and its documentation needs. Your main responsibilities will include: - Producing high-quality documentation that adheres to relevant standards and is tailored to the target audience. - Writing clear and user-friendly user interface text, online help, and developer guides. - Developing tutorials to assist end-users in utilizing a range of applications. - Evaluating existing and potential content to identify opportunities for reuse and single-sourcing. - Establishing and managing the information architecture efficiently.
