Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create user and technical documentation such as user manuals, online help, tutorials, API documentation, and more.
Work closely with the client teams to gain an in-depth understanding of their solutions and services.
Co-ordinate with the client teams to understand deliverables/tasks and execute them to set specifications.
Work closely with senior technical writers to develop documentation solutions for client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with IT skills and proven experience in technical writing.
Good communication skills
Eye for detail and the ability to look beyond the surface
Experience in Adobe FrameMaker will be a bonus.
