Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and the product marketing team, you will develop innovative approaches for creating precise and engaging knowledge base articles. Your responsibilities will include proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring the production of high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and resonates with the intended audience. To excel in this role, you are required to have at least 4 years of technical writing experience and hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in literature, communications, or a relevant technical field. Prior experience in a SaaS-based company is preferred, along with excellent writing and communication skills.
