Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product details and documentation requirements
Write clear and concise user guides, manuals, API documentation, and online help
Edit and proofread technical content to ensure accuracy and clarity
Develop tutorials, how-to guides, and troubleshooting documentation
Maintain and update existing documentation as products evolve
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly
Familiarity with AI and analytics technologies and terminology
Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Asciidoc, or similar
Basic knowledge of programming languages and APIs is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
