Job Description You will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for the Zato platform. Collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success teams is essential to ensure comprehensive and consistent technical and end-user materials. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain API and integration documentation (Xero, XPM, etc.) - Create user guides, manuals, and help articles for Zato modules - Produce internal engineering documents and deployment guides - Build and manage a searchable knowledge base and help center - Create onboarding and training materials for clients - Maintain changelogs, release notes, and version-specific updates - Ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to documentation standards - Collect feedback to improve documentation quality - Create visual aids such as flowcharts, screenshots, and diagrams - Manage documentation versioning and updates Qualifications and Skills - Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, or Computer Science - 3+ years of technical writing experience (preferably SaaS products) - Strong writing, editing, and communication skills - Proficiency with Confluence, GitBook, ReadMe, or similar tools - Knowledge of Markdown, HTML, OpenAPI/Swagger - Understanding of software development and APIs - Experience in fintech/accounting products is an advantage You can apply for the position of Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist at Zato Origin India Pvt.
