    About the role:

    We are seeking a dynamic Technical Writer with Trainer and Technical Business Analyst capabilities who can create high-quality documentation, deliver engaging training sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and solve integration challenges. This hybrid role blends technical writing, instructional design, and business analysisideal for someone who thrives on clarity, communication, and customer impact.

    You'll work closely with developers, product managers, QA teams, and clients to understand technical concepts, gather requirements, and translate them into user-friendly documentation and training programs. You'll also act as a bridge between customer needs and product capabilities, helping shape solutions and improve user experience.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and product knowledge bases.
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation.
    • Create step-by-step tutorials, system architecture diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance learning.
    • Maintain document version control and ensure documentation is updated in line with product releases.
    • Use documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, or Markdown to manage content effectively.
    • Design and deliver technical training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners.
    • Conduct live and virtual training sessions on software applications, IT tools, and best practices.
    • Develop training materials, presentations, video tutorials, and e-learning modules.
    • Assess trainees understanding and adjust training methods for better engagement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new training techniques to improve learning outcomes.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand integration needs and business requirements
    • Document functional and technical requirements (BRDs, FRS, SOWs)
    • Act as a liaison between customers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
    • Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to improve documentation and training
    • Support product development by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements
    • Help prioritize issues and track progress in Agile development cycles

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Technical Communication, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, training, or business analysis
    • Strong knowledge of software development, APIs, cloud computing, DevOps, or gitbook
    • Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Git, and Markdown.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia.
    • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
    • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable documentation
    • Certifications in Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or Business Analysis are a plus
    • Familiarity with CRMs and ERPs like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, NetSuite is preferred
