Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and translate them into step-by-step procedures and standard operating documents.
  
• Ensure all process documents are regularly updated, version-controlled, and accessible to stakeholders.
  
• Track and maintain a repository of all procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
  
• Work closely with business teams to gather inputs, clarify details, and validate documentation.
  
• Provide technical writing support for policies, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline documentation requirements and updates.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Technical Writing, English, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  
• 2 years of experience in process documentation, SOP writing, or technical writing.
  
• Strong ability to quickly grasp complex processes and simplify them into easy-to-follow instructions.
  
• Familiarity with documentation tools (MS Office, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple procedures and ensure accuracy.
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with business stakeholders.
  

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to compliance or regulatory documentation.
  
• Experience in knowledge management systems.
  
• Basic understanding of flowcharting tools (Visio, Lucidchart) to visualize processes.
