Movate, formerly CSS Corp Pvt Ltd, is currently looking to fill the position of Technical Support Engineer (L1). We are searching for individuals with exceptional communication abilities and a background in Computer Science.
**Job Role and Responsibilities:**
- Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience with a solid understanding of networking principles.- A degree in Computer Science is required, while an Engineering background and networking certification are advantageous.- Proficiency in IP Address, DNS, DHCP processes, OSI Layers, and troubleshooting capabilities is essential.- Strong English communication skills are a must.- Prior experience in technical voice support is a plus, especially with international exposure.- Qualifications should include 10+2+UG/PG with relevant experience.- Immediate joiners are preferred.
