Technical Training Specialist, Staff

Role Overview: As a Technical Training Specialist at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your main responsibility will be teaching AI courses, with a strong focus on AI-related Qualcomm technologies. In collaboration with subject matter experts, you will develop high-quality technical training materials for engineers and business professionals, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. Your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering various technical training programs while prioritizing content quality, accuracy, and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs focusing on AI and AI-related Qualcomm technologies for a technical workforce including engineering, business, IT, and other technical professionals. - Utilize Instructional Design Methodologies and Adult Learning Theory to create engaging learning experiences. - Communicate complex AI concepts and Qualcomm technologies clearly and effectively through written and verbal communication. - Lead a team and drive projects to completion in a dynamic work environment. - Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work with highly technical content across domains such as 5G, Artificial Intelligence, and Extended Reality. - Develop and manage self-paced online training using tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia (preferred qualification). Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related fields preferred. - 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the technology industry. - Degree in engineering/technology fields is a must. - Prior experience working with AI tools applicable to learning environments, with a focus on Qualcomm technologies. - Ability to work in US time zones for online meetings. - Providing work samples is a plus.
