Technical Training Specialist, Staff

A meticulous approach towards content quality and accuracy is essential to ensure that training materials are both informative and engaging. Prior leadership experience and organizational skills are required to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic work environment. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Masters degree in Educational Technology or related fields, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. A degree in engineering/technology is a must-have requirement. Additionally, experience in developing self-paced online training using tools like Adobe Captivate and Camtasia is a plus.
