Technical Training Manager-service

As a Manager Technical Training in the Service Division, your role involves planning and imparting technical training based on the specific modules, courses, and role requirements. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Plan and deliver technical training tailored to the dealership's needs. - Provide training for new product launches across the dealership. - Conduct basic training for newly hired staff at various dealerships. - Support the team for national skill competitions at different levels. - Develop training modules in collaboration with the aftersales and R&D team. - Conduct refresher training sessions to keep employees updated on the latest technology. - Maintain Management Information System (MIS) records of conducted training programs. - Cross-train current employees to enhance team performance and agility. - Implement innovative customer satisfaction and retention programs to enhance the Customer Delight Index. - Lead the introduction of new initiatives to enhance dealership operations and customer experience. - Collaborate with OEM Service Officials. - Conduct regular service process audits to evaluate service quality and implement necessary improvements. - Be prepared for travel as per job requirements. Additionally, the desired profile for this role includes: - Minimum 10 years of experience in the Service division, with at least 2 years in a similar role at a leading automobile dealership. - Must be a graduate with a maximum age of 45 years. - Ability to build high-performing teams. - Strong business networking and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with modern business practices and digital orientation. - Customer-centric and quality-oriented. - Familiarity with Commercial Segment Vehicles would be an advantage.
