• Assess training outcomes through evaluations and feedback, adapting curriculum as needed to meet learning objectives.
• Collaborate with product development and technical teams to stay current on emerging technologies and tailor training content accordingly.
• Mentor and guide trainee professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skills enhancement.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Proven experience in technical training, curriculum development, or a related educational role with a strong foundation in the technical domain.
• Must-Have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and inspire learners.
• Must-Have: Demonstrable ability in designing, implementing, and assessing training programs tailored for technical audiences.
• Preferred: Industry certifications or advanced qualifications in technology or education, showcasing expertise in the subject matter.
